Our Mission Statement
Agape is a spiritual production center: a body of believers who are producing Life in our city, state, nation and world.
Our Foundational Beliefs
We believe in the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as being the verbally inspired word of God. They are the supreme and final authority by which all human opinions, creeds, or conduct shall be tried and judged.
- We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and is true God and true man.
- We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that his death is a representative and substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe in Him are justified on the basis of His blood shed on Calvary's cross.
- We believe in water baptism following an individual's salvation experience following in the example of Jesus by being fully immersed in water. We also baptize according to Matthew 28:19, in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ who ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father to forever intercede for us.
- We believe in the Rapture of the church and the second coming of Jesus Christ.
- We believe that all who have received by faith the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior are born again of the Holy Spirit and have become children of God and with that membership into the body of Christ.
- We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, a second experience subsequent to salvation, for believers who have already been born again. The baptism of the Holy Spirit anoints the child of God with power to witness, and supernatural strength to live the crucified life.
- We believe in healing, deliverance, and prosperity for the whole man; spirit and body.
- We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
